We are recruiting for an Aesthetic Nurse to be based in a Brand Partner Clinic within our Battersea Store. The Aesthetic Nurse is responsible for providing high‑quality non‑surgical cosmetic treatments while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence. You will combine medical expertise with an aesthetic eye to create bespoke treatment plans that enhance natural beauty and boost patient confidence. You will also support sales of the Brand Partner products within Store.

Clinical Consultations & Treatment Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough initial consultations, including medical history taking, skin analysis, and psychological screening (BDD assessment).
  • Perform non‑surgical injectable treatments such as Skin Boosters, Amino Acid Replacement, and Polynucleotides.
  • Administer advanced skin treatments such as chemical peels, micro‑needling, and non‑injectable facials.

Patient Safety & Care

  • Develop and document personalized treatment plans for every patient.
  • Provide comprehensive pre‑and post‑treatment instructions.
  • Manage clinical complications effectively, including the administration of Hyaluronidase if necessary.
  • Maintain accurate, contemporaneous digital patient records and consent forms.

Business & Artistry

  • Identify opportunities for cross‑selling relevant skincare products or complementary treatments.
  • Participate in "Before & After" photography for clinical records and marketing (with patient consent).
  • Stay updated on the latest aesthetic trends, techniques, and safety protocols through continuous professional development (CPD).

Compliance & Standards

  • Maintain active NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.
  • Adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
  • Maintain personal professional indemnity insurance (aesthetic specific).

Qualifications

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Minimum 2 years of post‑registration experience, preferably in aesthetics, dermatology, or surgical nursing.
  • Accredited Foundation training in Skin Boosters.
  • Experienced in managing clinical complications.
