Luxury Skincare Advisor Overview
The Luxury Skincare Advisor’s main responsibility is to achieve sales and KPI’s target, through a customer fist approach. With passion and enthusiasm, they are an ambassador for the brand, specialising in luxury skincare.
They must aim to deliver:

Customer First

Delivers unbiased customer advice through exceptional product knowledge

To provide our customers with expert advice with particular detail and focus on our luxury skincare brands
To go above & beyond in delivering an exceptional level of service for the luxury skincare shopper
Build, grow & connect with a loyal customer base, specifically for our luxury skincare brands
KPI’s
Exceeds sales targets and delivers LFL growth along with ATV, AUS and conversion, with particular focus on our luxury skincare brands
Responsible for driving growth of these brands with a focus on sales and ATV
Exceeds the company acquisition target for N.dulge
Follows all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss
