This is a role in the Space business in Asia. Key expectations of your role are to:
- Drive and develop the contract sales in Asia focusing primarily on the Singapore market. There might be instances where these opportunities extend to other countries in Asia.
- Contract sales are defined as commercial loose furniture sales across any brands that Space represent.
DUTIES:
- Proactively service all assigned designer accounts and developers as required.
- Follow-up actively with existing A&D clients’ request for quotations and pricing of furniture in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that all completed projects are followed up closely with opportunities for photography to add to the portfolio of project reference images in Space websites and other presentation platforms.
- Be proficient in tender submissions and be responsive in a competitive market to increase rate of success in clinching deals.
- Maintaining rapport and developing relationship with assigned A&D clientele by proactively reaching out to them through updates on new products and material promotion.
- Organise and participate in presentations for architectural, interior design firms and trade organizations.
- To be in tune with the latest happenings in the industry and to share with the team and superiors on a regular basis.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in the showroom at all times. It is every sales person’s responsibility.
- To attend events with your seniors on a periodical basis to network and expand your sales opportunities.
- To be professionally attired at all times appropriate for the role of contract sales executive, representing Space as a business.
- Any other duties which may be assigned to you relating to your area of responsibility.
