You’ll be the commercial heartbeat of the UK & European region, shaping and executing go-to-market strategy, leading sales and inside sales teams, and playing a key role on the regional leadership team. What You’ll Do
- Define and execute a UK & EMEA sales strategy that aligns with global objectives
- Drive top-line revenue and expand market presence through client acquisition and account growth
- Lead, inspire, and develop regional sales and inside sales teams
- Build a high-performance, people-first sales culture focused on trust, execution, and accountability
- Hire, coach, and retain world-class sales talent
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics; forecast and manage pipeline with precision
- Partner with marketing on campaigns, demand generation, and brand presence
- Maintain a deep understanding of products and services to enable consultative selling
- Represent the business at key events and conferences, becoming a visible industry advocate

What You Bring
- 10+ years’ experience in senior sales leadership roles within the UK and/or EMEA
- A strong foundation in IT services, software, infrastructure, or systems integration
- A successful track record of scaling regional sales functions in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Deep commercial expertise, from forecasting to structuring large, complex deals
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical, financial, and go-to-market insight
- An inclusive, empowering leadership style rooted in humility, ambition, and emotional intelligence
- Comfort navigating multi-national customer environments and diverse cultures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and public speaking skills
- CRM and sales enablement platform proficiency
