Just graduated from a top university? Looking for a role where you'll actually learn something valuable from day one? Read on. My client is a technology and services company helping some of the UK’s leading omnichannel retailers achieve excellence — from pricing and stock optimisation to AI-powered personalisation and supplier management. We build the platforms that power modern retail. We’re looking for bright, curious graduates from leading universities to join our London team and train to become business analysts, implementation experts and eventually consultants.

What you’ll learn:

  • Process modelling and analysis — mapping how things work and how to make them better.
  • Data analysis using SQL, spreadsheets and AI platforms.
  • Building and presenting ideas clearly to customers and stakeholders.
  • Testing and implementing application systems in a real retail environment.
  • Project management and client delivery skills.
  • Working with AI platforms and helping build semantic models for conversational analysis.

What we’re looking for:

  • A 2:1 or above from a top UK university.
  • Any degree background considered — English, History, Philosophy, Maths, Science, Computer Science, or anything that taught you to think logically, analyse deeply and communicate effectively.
  • Curious, analytical and commercially aware with a genuine interest in how retail and technology intersect.
  • A bit of research into the retail industry and the skills we describe goes a long way.

What you’ll do:

  • London based with a structured training programme and real responsibility from day one.
  • Exposure to leading retail brands across the UK.
  • A clear progression path from analyst to consultant.
  • The chance to work with cutting-edge AI and retail technology platforms.
