What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close for complex, multi‑stakeholder deals (6–12+ month cycles)
- Drive new logo acquisition across the DACH insurance market
- Develop and execute strategic, account‑based sales plans
- Build and nurture senior relationships with C‑suite, VP, and Director‑level stakeholders
- Lead value‑driven discovery and position solutions aligned to business outcomes
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Marketing, SDRs, Solutions Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success
- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- 3–10 years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales
- Proven track record of winning new business and closing complex deals
- Experience selling into enterprise clients with multi‑layered buying processes
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC or Challenger
- Ability to engage and influence both C‑suite stakeholders and procurement teams
