The Opportunity:
Join a fast-scaling, Series D SaaS business that has raised over $100M in funding and is redefining how the insurance industry operates through AI. Their AI-native platform enables insurers to make smarter, faster decisions by embedding portfolio strategy, appetite, and rules directly into workflows, driving better outcomes from submission through to bind. Clients range from Tier 1 global carriers ($10B+) to innovative MGAs, with deal sizes consistently in the six-figure ACV range. This is a high-impact, enterprise sales role focused on expanding into the DACH region, working with complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close for complex, multi-stakeholder deals (6–12+ month cycles)
- Drive new logo acquisition across the DACH insurance market
- Develop and execute strategic, account-based sales plans
- Build and nurture senior relationships with C-suite, VP, and Director-level stakeholders
- Lead value-driven discovery and position solutions aligned to business outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, SDRs, Solutions Engineering, Legal, and Customer Success
- Consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–10 years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales
- Proven track record of winning new business and closing complex deals
- Experience selling into enterprise clients with multi-layered buying processes
- Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDDPICC or Challenger
- Ability to engage and influence both C-suite stakeholders and procurement teams
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, etc.
- Strong understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts and how to position them commercially
- Background in high-growth or startup SaaS environments
- Insurance (P&C or Specialty) experience is advantageous
- Fluency in both German and English is essential
