The Role: Post-Sales Solution Architect/Sales Engineer
This is a post-sales, customer-facing role — not pre-sales. You'll take charge once the deal is signed, guiding insurance clients through onboarding, implementation, and adoption of our AI-driven SaaS platform. You'll work at the intersection of technology, delivery, and customer success, ensuring every project is delivered on time, with precision, and measurable business impact. You'll collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to bring innovative InsurTech solutions to life for some of the industry's most forward-thinking carriers and underwriters.
What You’ll Do
- Lead complex post-sales implementation programs for enterprise insurance clients
- Develop detailed project plans, ensuring visibility, accountability, and flawless execution
- Coordinate across engineering, product, and customer teams to deliver with excellence
- Define and track performance metrics and project KPIs
- Identify and implement process improvements, leveraging automation where possible
- Act as a trusted technical advisor — driving customer success and feeding valuable insights back into product and engineering
What You’ll Bring
- 6+ years’ experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical program management
- Proven track record in SaaS delivery or implementation, ideally with enterprise customers
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with complex systems
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and autonomously
- Technical fluency in JavaScript and SQL
- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with insurance or financial services clients is a major plus
