This role is based in London and involves working closely with business teams to navigate complex regulatory landscapes, structure strategic partnerships, and drive the rollout of innovative financial products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and distill financial regulations relevant to digital payments, e-money, and financial institutions, offering actionable legal guidance.
- Engage with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions to ensure compliance with evolving frameworks in the fintech and payments space.
- Advise on the launch and structuring of new products, ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations while meeting commercial objectives.
