Lead Product Designer – Fintech London (Hybrid) | Full-time | Permanent I’m working with a fast-growing global fintech that’s looking to hire its first in-house Product Design Lead, someone ready to build and own the entire design function across product, UX/UI, documentation, and visual brand identity. This is an exciting opportunity to join a profitable, scaling company where design has executive-level visibility and real impact. You’ll lead everything from foundational product journeys to API clarity and marketing visuals, all while setting the strategy and staying hands-on. What you\’ll be doing: Build and lead a high-performing design team across product, UX, and visual design Own and evolve the user experience for a flagship B2B fintech platform Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver consistent and elegant experiences Oversee and improve developer-facing API documentation Create scalable design systems and workflows that grow with the company Champion feedback, experimentation, and a strong design culture across the org What we\’re looking for: 2 years in a senior or leadership design role Full-stack design skills across UI/UX, documentation, and visual design Strong Figma chops and the confidence to get into the details Proven experience leading or mentoring design teams Experience in B2B, SaaS, or fintech is a plus Clear communication skills and ability to operate cross-functionally at pace What’s on offer: up to £85,000 25 days holiday bank holidays your birthday off Private healthcare cash plan (dental, physio, therapy support) A clear path for progression with investment in your growth Hybrid working – 3 days in a beautiful central London office This is a rare chance to shape a function from the ground up in a well-established, globally-operating fintech.
