📍 Director of Sales – UK (Cybersecurity | Offensive Security)

Location: UK – Hybrid (London/Southeast preferred)

Salary: Competitive base + strong OTE + equity potential

An ambitious and high-growth cybersecurity vendor is hiring a Director of Sales to lead and scale their UK & Northern Europe sales team. This is a high-impact leadership role, focused on driving new logo acquisition and expanding mid-enterprise and commercial footprint across the region.

🔍 The Opportunity

Backed by recent investment and a growing global footprint, the business offers an all-in-one, fully automated XDR platform, with strong adoption among small security teams. The company is scaling rapidly across EMEA and looking for a proven sales leader with deep cybersecurity experience to lead from the front.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading and scaling a team of Account Executives across the UK & Northern Europe
  • Owning regional sales strategy and forecasting
  • Coaching, mentoring, and driving consistent performance across the team
  • Shaping GTM messaging and alignment with channel and marketing
  • Closing high-value enterprise deals and supporting multi-threaded sales cycles
  • Working closely with executive leadership and contributing to EMEA-wide growth plans

🧠 What We’re Looking For

  • Currently leading a team of salespeople (ideally 3+ AEs)
  • Strong background in offensive cybersecurity, XDR, EDR, or related space
  • Experience in new business sales and building commercial pipeline from the ground up
  • Track record of closing six-figure+ deals into mid-market and enterprise
  • Proven ability to coach AEs and create a winning sales culture
  • Knowledge of channel-led sales and how to leverage partners effectively is a bonus
