An ambitious and high-growth cybersecurity vendor is hiring a Director of Sales to lead and scale their UK & Northern Europe sales team. This is a high-impact leadership role, focused on driving new logo acquisition and expanding mid-enterprise and commercial footprint across the region.
The Opportunity
Backed by recent investment and a growing global footprint, the business offers an all-in-one, fully automated XDR platform, with strong adoption among small security teams. The company is scaling rapidly across EMEA and looking for a proven sales leader with deep cybersecurity experience to lead from the front.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and scaling a team of Account Executives across the UK & Northern Europe
- Owning regional sales strategy and forecasting
- Coaching, mentoring, and driving consistent performance across the team
- Shaping GTM messaging and alignment with channel and marketing
- Closing high-value enterprise deals and supporting multi-threaded sales cycles
- Working closely with executive leadership and contributing to EMEA-wide growth plans
What We’re Looking For
- Currently leading a team of salespeople (ideally 3+ AEs)
- Strong background in offensive cybersecurity, XDR, EDR, or related space
- Experience in new business sales and building commercial pipeline from the ground up
- Track record of closing six-figure+ deals into mid-market and enterprise
- Proven ability to coach AEs and create a winning sales culture
- Knowledge of channel-led sales and how to leverage partners effectively is a bonus
