- Develop deep relationships with CxOs across IT, operations, and procurement
- Drive 7–8 figure deal cycles and lead governance, compliance, and renewal processes
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams—sales, architects, delivery—to achieve unified outcomes
- Advise on regulatory frameworks (FCA, PRA, GDPR, ISO) and risk management strategies
What You Bring
- Proven success with Tier 1–2 FS clients (banks, insurers, fintechs, exchanges)
- Expertise in navigating complex transformation programmes within regulated environments
- Commercial acumen—strong in pricing, structuring, and contract negotiation
- Gravitas to influence at board level and lead high-stakes, multi-party conversations
- Tech fluency across cloud, security, networking, and compliance landscapes
- Exceeding annual growth and margin goals
- High client satisfaction (NPS, executive trust)
- Effective cross-sell, renewal, and long-term retention
- Operational excellence and governance discipline
