Your Mission:- Lead the evolution to a production-grade, secure, and scalable AWS environment
- Drive the migration from early-stage infrastructure to a fully mature cloud platform
- Champion a zero-trust security model and best-in-class cybersecurity practices
- Build a highly automated, self-service platform that empowers developers
- Establish the foundations required to meet strict compliance standards such as SOC 2
- SOC 2 certification achieved
- Seamless onboarding as a vendor to enterprise clients in regulated industries
- Fully automated infrastructure and deployment pipelines
- On-demand environment provisioning
- Zero-downtime deployments across all services
- High-frequency, developer-led deployments
- Architect, build, and scale AWS infrastructure using modern DevOps principles
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
- Work closely with engineering teams to enable fast, reliable CI/CD pipelines
- Design and maintain Kubernetes-based environments
- Embed security and compliance into every layer of the platform
- Continuously improve system reliability, scalability, and developer experience
- 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and automation
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and modern DevOps tooling
- Solid background in cybersecurity and cloud compliance
- Experience working in high-growth or early-stage environments
- Passion for simplifying systems and enabling developer productivity
- A growth mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment
- AWS certifications are a plus
- Frontend: React
- Backend: Nest.js, Python (FastAPI), LangChain
