You’ll work closely with teams across Partnerships, Product, Risk, Capital Markets, and Operations to enhance pricing, optimise propositions, and identify opportunities for expansion into new markets and customer segments.

Key Responsibilities Analyse partner and commercial performance to uncover trends and areas for improvement Translate data into meaningful insights and practical recommendations for internal teams and external stakeholders Support the Partnerships and leadership teams with analytics for business reviews, RFPs, and commercial discussions Collaborate across departments to refine pricing, product propositions, and operational efficiency Build and maintain financial and performance models to inform pricing, forecasting, and tracking Conduct research and analysis to support new market entries and go‑to‑market strategies Lead smaller projects or workstreams within broader commercial initiatives, ensuring milestones are met Present findings and recommendations clearly to senior stakeholders and partner organisations Identify data gaps and process improvements to strengthen decision‑making and reporting What They’re Looking For 2–4 years’ experience in a data‑led, analytical, and commercial role working in a Fintech or high‑growth software business.
