The Role: We’re looking for a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join a fast-growing tech company and play a key role in expanding their UK presence. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the Head of Sales, with a clear trajectory to progress into an Account Executive role and beyond. You will be at the forefront of business development, driving new opportunities and setting the foundation for long-term success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential customers within the target market.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to generate leads.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine sales opportunities.
  • Book and schedule meetings for senior sales leaders and future Account Executives.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop outreach strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Continuously refine sales processes and messaging based on feedback and results.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or lead generation role (ideally in SaaS, fintech, or RegTech).
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a hunger for success.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Confidence in conducting outreach and engaging with senior decision-makers.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
  • A keen interest in financial services, compliance, or technology.
  • Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
