Account Manager - Payments (City of London)

Junior Account Manager:

Currently partnered with a fast growing payment scale up who have just received a £4m injection of cash!

The business offer various payment solution – Payment Gateway, Open Banking Payments, Direct Debit, Real-time payments.

Key verticals include – Financial Services, Ecommerce, and Ticketing.

Clients include – Rangers FC, Flutterwave, Verto, Oakbrook and many others.

Role:

• Support the Account Management team in day-to-day client communications and relationship management
• Assist with onboarding new clients and managing client data in CRM systems
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
• Conduct research to support client strategies and identify upsell opportunities
• Provide exceptional service to retain existing clients.
• Attend client meetings and calls as needed, taking notes and following up on action items

Requirements:

• 1+ years in a commercial role within the payments space.
