- Hours of work: 37.5 hrs/week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Role Purpose:
Support Space Engineering Services / Orwell Design Associates in project design work for retail, commercial, and industrial clients within the building services team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in producing high-quality design packages for clients
- Design specification and coordination of mechanical building services (HVAC and Plumbing)
- Ensure compliance with best practices and regulations
- Plant selection and sizing
- Pipework and ductwork sizing according to latest regulations
- Use thermal analysis software for heat calculations
- Participate in meetings and site surveys
Candidate Requirements:
- HNC in Building Services or related qualification
