SPACE Architects is looking for a talented BIM Coordinator to join our award-winning team. Your Role Will Involve
- Supporting project teams with the day-to-day coordination, setup and delivery of BIM workflows across a range of sectors.
- Assisting with model auditing, clash detection and federated model coordination to support project delivery.
- Helping to develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans, Revit templates, families and internal digital standards.
- Supporting compliance with ISO 19650 and other relevant BIM standards and protocols.
- Acting as a point of contact for Revit and Navisworks queries, helping colleagues resolve technical issues and improve model quality.
- Exploring tools such as Dynamo, Revizto and scripting to improve workflow efficiency, coordination and quality.

What We're Looking For
- Experience working in architectural, BIM or digital construction environments.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, BIM or a related discipline.
- Strong Autodesk Revit skills, with knowledge of Navisworks.
- Experience with Dynamo, Revizto or scripting tools would be an advantage.
- A sound understanding of BIM coordination processes across project stages.
- Awareness of quality management, CDM Health and Safety regulations, and design risk management.
