The Role
As an Architectural Technician at SPACE Architects, you will:
- Work within a team of architects, designers, and technologists across several sectors.
- Develop coordinated and compliant technical information, ensuring efficient construction and building operation.
- Contribute to our sustainable design approach, which requires low embodied and operational carbon.

- Have a good understanding of and assist in ensuring that industry regulations, standards and legislative requirements are always met.
- Have a good understanding of Specification writing.
- Have good problem-solving skills with the initiative and technical knowledge to deliver projects alongside other spacers.
- Undertake any duties appropriate to your level of responsibility.
- Work within the business vision and values to achieve strategic and individual objectives.
- Conform to Company Quality Management System where procedures are documented.
Our Requirements...
- HND or HNC in Building Design/Architectural Technology. Degree Apprenticeship in Design (construction related). BSc (Hons) Architectural Technology.
- Or a minimum of 1-2 years' experience.
- Awareness of quality management, CDM Health and Safety regulations.
- A sound understanding of Autodesk Revit and Microsoft Office.
