The Role
- Lead projects across a range of sectors, taking responsibility from concept through to completion.
- Produce high-quality, coordinated architectural design and technical information using Revit.
- Ensure compliance with current building regulations and technical standards across all RIBA stages.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver imaginative, buildable and sustainable solutions.
- Drive innovative approaches to low-carbon and whole-life design, contributing to our evolving digital carbon model.
- Contribute to project programming, resource planning, and efficient project delivery.
- Support and mentor junior team members, sharing technical expertise.
- Promote and uphold SPACE Architects' quality assurance and management processes.
What We're Looking For
- ARB-registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver medium to large-scale projects across a range of sectors.
- Strong design and technical capabilities with excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations.
- Proficient in Revit and confident in producing fully coordinated BIM-based drawing packages.
- A clear understanding of CDM regulations, health and safety principles, and design risk management.
- A collaborative communicator who can engage confidently with clients and design teams.
- A considered approach to sustainable and contextually responsive design.
- Experience working within ISO 9001 Quality Management and BIM Level 2 environments is desirable.
