You will support the Pod Lead in delivering high-performing ecommerce campaigns across Paid Social and PPC platforms. You will implement and optimise campaigns in line with agreed strategies, with primary responsibility for Paid Social performance while contributing to PPC activity where relevant.
You will manage day-to-day optimisation, including bidding, budget allocation, audience targeting, keyword and search query management, and creative testing to improve performance against key ecommerce KPIs such as ROAS, CPA and conversion rate. You will analyse performance across channels, identifying trends, risks and opportunities, and feeding insights into ongoing optimisation and strategic planning.
You will take ownership of execution quality, ensuring campaigns are accurate, consistent and delivered to a high standard, escalating risks or challenges to the Pod Lead where needed.
Commercial AcumenYou will demonstrate strong commercial awareness, understanding how performance decisions across Paid Social and PPC impact revenue, profitability and client growth. You will monitor spend, pacing and performance closely, ensuring budgets are deployed efficiently to maximise return. You will identify opportunities to scale activity profitably, using insight from campaign performance to support recommendations and inform investment decisions.
CommunicationYou will support client communication by delivering clear, accurate and insight-led performance updates. You will help translate cross-channel data into meaningful actions, ensuring clients and internal teams understand what is driving ecommerce performance and where improvements can be made. Within the pod, you will communicate clearly and proactively, sharing insights and updates to support aligned, collaborative delivery.
Collaboration & DevelopmentYou will build strong working relationships within the pod, supporting the Pod Lead and wider team to deliver joined‑up, ecommerce-focused campaigns. You will take ownership of your development, deepening your Paid Social expertise while continuing to build your understanding of PPC and wider performance channels. You will support junior team members where appropriate and contribute to a collaborative, knowledge‑sharing environment.
Strategic ContributionYou will support the Pod Lead in executing ecommerce strategies by identifying opportunities within live campaigns. You will contribute performance insights from testing, platform developments and live activity to support innovation and growth. You will work closely with Client Experience teams to understand trading priorities and commercial drivers, ensuring activity is aligned to business outcomes.
You will bring strong hands‑on experience in Paid Social, which is essential for this role. You will have demonstrable experience planning, implementing and optimising Paid Social campaigns within an ecommerce or performance‑focused environment. Experience within PPC / Paid Search is highly desirable, with an understanding of how it contributes to overall ecommerce performance, but is not mandatory.
You will have a strong understanding of platform levers, attribution and performance drivers, with a clear focus on revenue growth and efficiency. You will be confident working with data, interpreting results and communicating clear, actionable insights. You will demonstrate a proactive, commercially minded approach, with a strong focus on testing, learning and continuous improvement.
