We are seeking a proactive Accountant to join our client's friendly, expanding practice in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon.
As part of a supportive regional network, you’ll receive the training and support needed to lead and manage this office.

Your Impact We are looking for someone to manage the Stratford-upon-Avon office.
You might already be an established manager or you might be a Senior Accountant ready to move into a managerial role with the full support of partners in nearby offices.
You would act as the primary advisor for a diverse portfolio, guiding them through tax treatments and year-end accounts, also taking a technical lead and reviewing team output and using your expertise to reconstruct financial information from incomplete records.
Naturally you would reinforce and expand the practice's presence in the Stratford-upon-Avon business community.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in a UK accountancy practice (essential).
- Strong technical grip on Self-Assessment and unincorporated tax rules.
- Proficiency in Xero, Quick Books, CCH, or similar cloud software.
- ACA/ACCA qualification (or nearly there!).
