The role reports into the Tax Partner and oversees the timely completion of tax projects such as corporate reorganisations, employee share initiatives and incorporations, while developing strategies to reduce tax liabilities.
You will ideally be CTA qualified with strong expertise in direct taxes (CT, IT, CGT, Stamp Duty, IHT, Employment Tax).
