Space 8 Recruitment are pleased to be partnering a thriving business based in Tunbridge Wells to recruit an experienced Credit Controller.
The Company
This company was established over 100 years ago and is the largest and most successful of its kind in the UK. Still privately owned, they now turnover in excess of £1 billion and are still growing.
The Role
This Credit Control role joins a stable and long serving team of Credit Controllers in Tunbridge Wells. As Credit Controller, you would be responsible for 4-5 ledgers, each with around 400 live accounts. Your client base will range from owner-managed businesses through to larger corporations so you will be adept at using different approaches. Most of the chasing is done by phone so you must be an excellent and confident communicator.
What are we looking for?
- You must have at least 3 years' experience in a Credit Control role
- Good excel skills would come in handy
- You must be happy chasing mainly by phone
- You will be experienced in the whole credit cycle, from credit checking & setting up accounts to receiving and allocating payment
