Space 8 are supporting our client to find a Head of Corporate Finance. (This is a Partnership opportunity.) Salary & details provided on application.
The Role:
Advise clients on financial direction and strategy to meet targets. Assist with capital budgeting, helping clients assess projects and investments. Perform due diligence for transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and fundraising. Structure and negotiate financial deals, often working closely with lawyers and other experts. Assist clients with preparing for investor or vendor due diligence. Manage the full lifecycle of transactions, from planning to finalisation. Financial analysis and strategy Create financial models to predict outcomes for clients. Prepare and present reports on financial performance and direction to assist with strategic planning. Provide investment advice and recommendations. Analyse market data to identify opportunities for clients. Department and team management Lead and manage the corporate finance team. Develop and mentor team members to build a high-performing group. Oversee the department\’s overall strategy and operational plans. Business development Develop marketing case studies and pitch books for prospective clients.
