The Role: This role manages a team of 6-8 Accountants and Client Advisors. Responsibilities include:

  • Motivating the team, carrying out 121s and appraisals
  • Work allocation, capacity planning, KPI setting
  • Setting budgets
  • Doing your own billable work as required
