Space 8 Recruitment are pleased to be working with our global FMCG client to recruit an International Demand Planner (hybrid). The Company This company is still growing at a jaw-dropping rate despite having been established for over 15 years. The plan for the next three years is further growth into global territories and this role will be at the heart of this, making sure that demand is anticipated and met. The Role This role is responsible for developing demand strategies analysing trends and optimising the demand and supply processes. Essentially you will ensure that forecasting is accurate and that the supply chain meets customer needs and market demands. The role takes full ownership of demand forecasting internationally and works alongside the UK Demand Manager. You would develop, manage and drive all variables to support smooth operations, and manage metrics to improve forecast accuracy and visibility in forecasting. What are we looking for? You will already be working in Demand & Planning, ideally for a FMCG company and ideally on an international basis, though applications from those with international experience in another industry or UK experience within FMCG will be considered.
