An exciting position has opened here at The Headland Spa, in the role of Spa Front of House Assistant. We are looking for a multi-talented Front of House Assistant to join our welcoming team. We want someone who takes pride in their work, who can be flexible and is not afraid of getting their hands dirty. Here at The Headland, we work as a team so a team-player mindset will greatly benefit you in this role. This is an amazing opportunity for someone with great energy, enthusiasm, attention to detail and outstanding customer service to join our Spa/Aqua Club team.

In this role, you'll wear several hats:

  • Spa Receptionist: Be the first impression for our guests, greeting them warmly, scheduling appointments, and processing payments.
  • Spa Host: Guide guests through the spa experience, ensuring a seamless transition from arrival to relaxation.
  • Spa/Leisure Attendant: Ensure towels and gowns are readily stocked, refreshing the relax lounge, maintaining a serene environment, and assisting the therapists as needed.

Salary & Contract: This is a fixed term position until the end of August 2026, working 32 hours per week, 4 days out of 7 including evenings, weekends and bank holidays. In line with UK Immigration and Employment Law, only applicants eligible to live and work in the UK need apply. Proof of ID will be required in the form of a Passport, National Identity Card or Birth Certificate.
