We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Country Club & Spa Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of our country club and spa facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning and sanitising all areas, ensuring a pristine environment for our members and guests to enjoy. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Key responsibilities
  • Cleaning & Sanitisation:
    • Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing of floors, walls, and surfaces in public areas, locker rooms, bathrooms, lounges, and spa facilities.
    • Clean and disinfect restrooms, showers, and spa treatment rooms with a focus on hygiene and sanitation.
    • Vacuum carpets, wash windows, and clean mirrors to maintain a pristine appearance.
    • Replenish soap, towels, toilet paper, and other supplies as needed.
  • Spa & Pool Areas:
    • Maintain cleanliness in poolside areas, ensuring poolside furniture is tidy and clean.
    • Poolside floors, steam rooms, sauna are clean during the day.
  • Detailing & Touch-ups:
    • Spot clean surfaces as needed to maintain cleanliness throughout the day.
    • Ensure all areas are stocked with necessary supplies and materials.
  • Special Requests:
    • Respond promptly to cleaning requests from management, staff, and members.
    • Assist in the setup and breakdown of special events or meetings within the club as needed.
  • Safety & Maintenance:
    • Follow all safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures.
    • Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a hospitality or country club setting.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
  • Good communication skills.
