We are looking for a Part‑Time Spa Therapist to join our Spa team, delivering exceptional treatments and creating refined, personalised experiences for our guests.
In this role, you will provide high‑quality spa treatments in line with Bvlgari brand standards, ensuring outstanding levels of professionalism, care and attention to detail at every stage of the guest journey. Through thorough consultations and tailored treatments, you will respond intuitively to individual guest needs, while offering expert aftercare advice and supporting revenue generation through retail sales, upselling and cross‑selling. You will work collaboratively within a close‑knit spa team to maintain immaculate treatment environments, uphold health, safety and hygiene standards, and support the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the spa. As an Ambassador for Bvlgari Hotel London, you will represent the brand with warmth, discretion and a commitment to excellence at all times. This role will primarily involve weekend coverage, however full flexibility is required, as shifts may also include weekdays, evenings and peak business periods.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver spa treatments to an exceptional standard in line with hotel protocols
- Conduct detailed consultations to tailor treatments to individual guest needs
- Provide expert aftercare advice and recommend suitable retail products
- Support retail sales, upselling and repeat business initiatives
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and organisation of treatment rooms and equipment
- Accurately record guest preferences and ensure confidentiality at all times
- Support opening and closing procedures and report maintenance issues
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience as a Spa Therapist within a luxury spa or five‑star hotel environment. You will hold recognised holistic and/or beauty therapy qualifications and demonstrate excellent treatment delivery, communication skills and attention to detail. This role will primarily involve weekend coverage, however full flexibility is required, as shifts may also include weekdays, evenings and peak business periods. You will be immaculately presented, calm and professional, with a genuine passion for guest wellbeing and service excellence.
