We’re ideally looking for someone to work 7pm-11pm but we are open to alternative working hours.
About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-focused individual to join our Spa team as a Public Area Cleaner. You’ll help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our award-winning Garden Spa by L’OCCITANE, including spa treatment areas, changing rooms, relaxation room, and poolside spaces. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently in a calm environment and takes real pride in their work. It’s a key part of delivering our guest promise – making sure everything is perfect and pristine, ready for when the spa opens each day.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Thorough cleaning of public areas of the spa, including treatment rooms, showers, changing areas, corridors, poolside, sauna, steam room and relaxation spaces.

- Using cleaning equipment and materials in a safe, responsible, and efficient manner.
- Supporting the wider spa and housekeeping team with ad hoc duties when needed.
Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or a spa/hospitality setting is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided.
SERVICE CHARGE - We pay our team service charge each month! This service charge all goes into one pot, and 100% of that service charge is then shared amongst all the team at the hotel - every penny received is paid out to the team.
