SPA STAFF in London seeks a proactive manager to lead our exclusive Club Wellness operations.

You will ensure superb member experience, maximise opportunities and resources, and uphold our Wellness Values through service excellence.

Collaborate with The Club General Manager to set and maintain key business objectives, marketing/PR, operational brand standards, and strong member relations, with a focus on partnership management and delivering results.
