Join our team as a Spa Therapist and offer exceptional care in our luxury, air‐conditioned treatment rooms that boast spacious, above‐ground designs with serene views of outdoor spaces. Please note, our Spa vacancies will require weekend and evening work on a rota basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding guest experience through delivery of the treatments to our guests.
- Work as part of a team, ensuring guest satisfaction, delivering an outstanding service to all guests.
- Undertake reception and administration duties if required.
- Ensure that Health and Safety guidelines and practices are adhered to by team members, members and spa clients to maintain safety at all times whilst using the spa.
- Ensure that sales tools are effectively utilised at all times to maximise the sales process.
- Follow all of the spa standards and protocols.
- Be knowledgeable on all products used in the Three Graces Spa, utilising all opportunities to promote and upsell products to Spa guests.
- Be a brand ambassador for our product houses, offering retail and homecare advice to all guests.
- Enjoy a balanced workload with a limit of no more than 4 massages per day to ensure your well‐being and prevent repetitive strain injury (RSI).
