Europe’s first Grand Hotel and Forbes 5* rated property is currently recruiting for a Beauty Therapist to join our talented Chuan Body + Soul team. In this role, you will provide treatments for clients, be passionate about health and wellbeing, and be driven by the desire to provide excellent service.
Your key focus will be to:
- extend a welcoming experience for our clients
- carry out a variety of treatments
- be fully aware of treatment menus and product knowledge
- assess guest needs via consultation prior to treatment
- ensure all treatment rooms are set up prior to the treatment
- maintain clear lines of communication within the Spa and hotel in general
Do you have?
- experience in a similar position and environment with a firm understanding of excellence in customer service
- Spa/Beauty qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent (a professional background in beauty therapy and a Spa/Beauty qualification in CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC is desirable)
- certification in beauty/massage therapy (Swedish massage is essential)
- knowledge of products including Kerstin Florian, Jacqueline Piotaz, Jessica
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills and is well-presented
- warm and caring attitude towards the health and well-being of clients
- the drive to work towards targets in treatment and retail
- the ability to work well in a team
- good time management skills
