Reporting to senior leadership, you will hold full accountability for the spa’s operational and financial performance — leading and inspiring the team, working hands-on delivering treatments where needed, and ensuring the spa runs at its best across a seven-day operation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership and strategic direction for the spa
  • Maximise revenue through effective scheduling and full treatment diaries
  • Partner with senior leadership on spa marketing and PR
  • Anticipate guest needs and monitor global wellness trends
  • Lead, train and develop the spa team
