A beautiful luxury spa in Suffolk / North Essex is seeking an experienced Senior Spa Manager to lead the team and shape an exceptional wellness experience. Reporting to senior leadership, you will hold full accountability for the spa’s operational and financial performance — leading and inspiring the team, working hands-on delivering treatments where needed, and ensuring the spa runs at its best across a seven-day operation.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and strategic direction for the spa
- Maximise revenue through effective scheduling and full treatment diaries
- Partner with senior leadership on spa marketing and PR
- Anticipate guest needs and monitor global wellness trends
- Lead, train and develop the spa team
