Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional spa treatments;
- Support the manager to maximize revenue through diary management and proactive selling of spa retail products;
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the spa;
- Assist with product display and customer service;
- Support the team in a positive, can-do environment.
Qualifications
- Essential: NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy Qualification (or equivalent). NVQ Level 2 with progression to Level 3 acceptable.
- Prior spa experience desirable but not essential.
