Role: Full Time Spa Manager for a 5 Star Hotel Spa in London, United Kingdom. This position leads the Club Wellness program and delivers exceptional member experiences in a luxury hotel spa.
Responsibilities
- Provide an exceptional member experience, and drive the performance of Our exclusive Club Wellness, ensuring complete viability and maximising all opportunities and resources.
- Deliver the highest personal and intuitive service standards, using our Wellness Values as guiding principles to exceed member expectation.
- Work closely with The Club General Manager in establishing and maintaining key business objectives, effective marketing/PR, operational brand standards, member relations and partnership management.
