We are a new concept designer nail salon based in Ascot looking for nail technicians to be part of our innovative and unique team and brand. We are looking for nail technicians that are confident in all areas of nail services and can perform to a high standard. All applicants MUST have a minimum Nail Technician NVQ 2 qualification or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years experience and a real passion for nails.

All applicants should have a good command of English, excellent presentation, time management skills, be a team player, and possess exceptional customer service skills.

YOUR ROLE AS NAIL TECHNICIAN WILL BE

  • To carry out Manicures and Pedicures through to Nail Art, Acrylic, gels and Shellac Nails.
  • Must complete within our time frames.
  • Knowledge of proper treatment methods to ensure that no harm comes to the clients.
  • Can show creativity and flair when applying polish and nail art.
  • Safety, Sterilization, Sanitation and hygiene procedures.
  • Maintains knowledge of current manicure and pedicure, nail extensions techniques and styles.
  • Promotes all services and products that we offer.
  • To keep a positive attitude and remain professional at all times.
  • Carry out general Salon Cleaning duties.

Required

  • Must be able to carry out Acrylic extension, UV Gel, Complicated Nail art (minimum 2 years’ experience).
  • Work must be flawless.
  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Must be able to speak English (but does not need to be fluent).

SALON OPENING TIMES

  • Monday to Friday 10.00am to 6.00pm
  • Weekends - 10.30am to 6.30pm

Job Type: Full-time (if part-time then MUST include weekends)

SALARY

  • £11.00 to £12.50 per hour if you have more than 3 years’ experience and are a master in the nail world.
  • £10.00 to £11.00 per hour for experienced nail technicians with high quality finishing.
  • Minimum wage £9.50 for those who can only do Shellac/Gel.
