Responsibilities

Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, and manicure/pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner.

Maintain equipment and inventory of products.

Keep detailed documentation and maintain client files.

Ensure cleanliness and stocking of the treatment rooms.

Respond to customer queries, needs, and expectations promptly.

Promote retail products and additional services.

Uphold hygiene standards and comply with health and safety regulations.

Stay updated with market trends and apply best practices.

Perform other Spa duties as required.

Requirements And Skills

Candidates must be legally permitted to work in the UK.

Experience in sales will be considered an asset.

Proficient in English, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Positive attitude and user‐level computer skills.

Essential Qualifications: CIBTAC / NVQ Level 3 / ITEC or equivalent. NVQ – SVQ3, BTEC National Diploma, BTEC HND, VTCT are also essential.
