Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing, and manicure/pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner.
• Maintain equipment and inventory of products.
• Keep detailed documentation and maintain client files.
• Ensure cleanliness and stocking of the treatment rooms.
• Respond to customer queries, needs, and expectations promptly.
• Promote retail products and additional services.
• Uphold hygiene standards and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Stay updated with market trends and apply best practices.
• Perform other Spa duties as required.

Requirements And Skills

• Candidates must be legally permitted to work in the UK.
• Experience in sales will be considered an asset.
• Proficient in English, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and user‑level computer skills.
• Essential Qualifications: CIBTAC / NVQ Level 3 / ITEC or equivalent. NVQ – SVQ3, BTEC National Diploma, BTEC HND, VTCT are also essential.
