Core Responsibilities
- Provide scalp treatments, perform professional hair scalp analysis for customers, including shampoo, blow-dry, basic head massage, and related services
- Recommend hair and scalp care products, treatments, and packages to customers
- Provide the right solution to the customer by consulting, listening and applying technical know-how
- Communicate and advise what is best for the client\’s interest
- Maintains spa and treatment room appearance, cleanliness and safety standards according to standard operating procedures
- Provide excellent service and create exceptional experiences for customers
Job Specifications
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company
- At least 6 months – 1 year related experience as a Scalp Consultant or in a similar role within the beauty industry
- Professional certificate is a plus
- Excellent customer service & sensitivity to customers’ needs and paying attention to details.
- Positive attitude and cheerful
- Service oriented and well-groomed
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
- Able to work on shifting schedules, weekend and public holiday
