Responsibilities
- Guest Service: Create memorable experiences by consistently delivering exceptional spa treatments and spa experiences, ensuring that every guest feels special and wants to return.
- Communication: Communicate effectively and professionally with guests and all team members, sharing knowledge and ensuring effective handover of information.
- Atmosphere: Be confident and allow your personality to enhance the atmosphere by creating a warm, homely and welcoming environment to our guests.
- Sales Opportunities: Positively approach sales opportunities in order to maximize revenue by making informed recommendations based on in-depth knowledge of the treatments and products, and using upselling techniques at every appropriate opportunity.
- Health & Safety: Support a safe working environment by adhering to Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, Fire and Evacuation procedures and Licensing Laws.
- Training: Take ownership of your personal development enhancing your ability to build knowledge and make informed recommendations.
