Full Time Beauty Therapist for a 5 Star Hotel Spa in UK – United Kingdom
Europe’s first Grand Hotel and Forbes 5* rated property is currently recruiting for a Beauty Therapist to join our talented Chuan Body + Soul team. In this role, you will provide treatments for clients, be passionate about health and wellbeing, and driven by the desire to provide excellent service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing a welcoming experience for our clients
- Carrying out a variety of treatments
- Being fully aware of treatment menus and product knowledge
- Assessing guest needs via consultation prior to treatment
- Ensuring all treatment rooms are set up prior to treatments
- Maintaining clear communication within the Spa and hotel
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar position and environment with a strong focus on customer service
- Spa/Beauty qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent; CIDESCO/CIBTAC/ITEC certification is desirable
- Certification in beauty/massage therapy, with Swedish massage experience essential
- Knowledge of products such as Kerstin Florian, Jacqueline Piotaz, Jessica
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, well-presented
- Warm, caring attitude towards clients’ health and wellbeing
- Drive to meet treatment and retail targets
- Ability to work well in a team and good time management skills
