- As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents.
- Working alongside a dedicated multi-disciplinary team, you will provide compassionate, person-centred care, assisting with personal care, meal times, daily routines and meaningful activities.
- Your support will help create a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment where residents can thrive.
Skills and Qualifications

- An interest in working with the elderly and knowledge of a Care Assistant role within a Nursing Home.
- NISCC registration (or able to obtain within 6 months).
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK (this role does not meet Home Office requirements for sponsorship).
- Ability to carry out physical requirements of the role.
- Previous paid or unpaid experience in providing care in all aspects of daily living.
- A qualification equivalent to an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.

This role is a casual role in Iveagh House, Banbridge. The home offers general nursing care for up to 40 residents.Interviews may take place via video call.This role involves substantial access to vulnerable adults. The successful candidate will be offered the position subject to a satisfactory Enhanced Disclosure Check through Access NI.
