The predicted salary is between 11 - 16 £ per hour.

The purpose of the role is to maintain and improve the appearance and safety of all care home facilities by carrying out high-quality painting and decorating work across our homes. The post holder may be required to work at any of the homes within the Spa Nursing Home Group depending upon service requirements.

Working across multiple locations, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare surfaces (cleaning, sanding, priming) for painting.
  • Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used.
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to prioritise urgent areas.

  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • A valid driving license and willingness (and ability) to travel between Spa Nursing Homes.
  • Be willing to obtain business insurance.
