Night Care Assistant - Full-Time, Joining Bonus in Ballynahinch

Spa Nursing Home Group in Ballynahinch (Grove Road) is seeking a Care Assistant for night duty across a 33-hour week. Shifts typically run 7:45pm–8am with occasional half shifts.

The role supports frail elderly residents in a 24-bed home, with a focus on dignity and wellbeing. You will work with a multi-disciplinary team, delivering person-centred care, assisting with personal care and meals, and enabling residents to engage in meaningful activities.
