Argyll Holidays is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Spa Therapist to join our Spa & Leisure team. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified therapist with a passion for wellness, beauty therapy, and holistic treatments to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Working with the award-winning Ishga skincare range, you will provide high-quality, results-driven treatments in a relaxing and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver a range of professional treatments including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, hot stone therapy, facials, and body treatments using Ishga products.
- Conduct thorough client consultations and tailor treatments to individual needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and guest care.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
- Promote and upsell spa treatments and retail products.
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Beauty Therapy / Massage Therapy (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness centre, or beauty salon preferred.
- Experience with or interest in organic skincare and holistic therapies (Ishga training provided).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, friendly, and well-presented.
