This is an excellent opportunity for either an established Spa Manager or an experienced Senior Therapist with strong leadership potential who is looking to progress their career.
This is a hands-on management position, with approximately 50% of the role involving the delivery of spa treatments and the remainder focused on team leadership, guest experience, commercial performance and day-to-day spa operations.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate and develop our team of Spa Therapists
- Deliver professional spa treatments to a high technical standard
- Manage bookings, rotas, scheduling and daily spa operations
- Drive treatment, retail and revenue performance
- Monitor costs, targets and departmental KPIs
- Maintain excellent guest service, cleanliness and presentation standards
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and company procedures
- Support the promotion of spa services, offers and social media activity
Requirements
About You
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty/Spa Therapy qualification or equivalent – essential
- Experience as a Spa Manager, Spa Supervisor or Senior Beauty/Spa Therapist
- Strong practical treatment skills and a passion for wellness and guest care
- Leadership experience or the confidence and ability to take the next step into a management role
- Commercial awareness and the ability to work towards treatment, retail and revenue targets
- Excellent communication, organisation and people skills
- Confident using booking and scheduling systems
- Flexible to work weekends and variable hours as required
- Knowledge of Elemis products would be advantageous
