About the Role
Our award-winning Kohler Waters Spa is the only one outside the US and creates relaxing and rejuvenating experiences for all of our guests and members. Led by our Kohler Waters Spa Operations Manager, we are looking for Spa Therapists to join our friendly and enthusiastic team.
Tasks
- Carry out beauty treatments to the required standards ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to.
- Responsible for maintaining the day-to-day cleanliness and hygiene of all treatment rooms in accordance with Health and Safety legislation.
- To ensure all equipment is fully operational and clean and report any defects to our Spa Operations Manager at any time of the day.
- To ensure all equipment and utensils are appropriately sterilized.
- Liaising with our Spa Operations Manager and Spa Receptionist re scheduled treatments, changes and additions.
- Keep up to date with developments relating to product ranges and new treatments.
- Attending all relevant training courses.
- Assist guest in courteously providing accurate information, staying with guest throughout the treatment and promoting appropriate retail products or additional services.
- Providing excellent customer service to all guests, always displaying a high level.
- Sharing knowledge of all resort facilities, services and policies.
Requirements
Qualifications, qualities and experience required:
- Level 3 NVQ qualified Therapist with a passion for exceptional customer service.
- Ideally, you will have experience within a similar role.
- ITEC/BABTAC/CIDESCO; however, these are not essential as full training will be given.
- Having strong attention to detail, the ability to work well as an individual and as part of a team and a can-do attitude are all essential for this role.
